After turning one and having conquered the walking thing, we really started to see her personality blossom!! She loves to mimic Chayse and me and is just a total ham sometimes. She is seen stretching in this photo below that she noticed Chayse does every morning. (Nothing like having kids to figure out what habits you have!) So after eating is obviously a perfect time to fit in a stretch!
We also announced that Lux was going to be a BIG SISTER!!!!! She wore this shirt to Grandpa and Grandma Myers' house when the whole family was over there and it took a solid 30 minutes before Uncle Perry noticed that something odd was on her shirt. I didn't know this was as sneaky of a thing to do as it ended up being! Then the next day we picked up my parents at the airport and put it on her when we went into the restaurant and waited about 5-10 minutes until they noticed what was written. And then sending a text out to family members...many didn't notice that either! I got a few angry texts about not knowing...then they realized they should have looked at the picture a bit closer....
These last two make me smile every time! She was so proud of herself for climbing on the little stool and couldn't help but give me a big grin and a few claps for good measure. Because we aren't vain or anything...
